Difficulty upgrading
I have an original license and trying to upgrade to the new version however the update will not accept my email or the original install location.
That generally means you installed Ranch Manager in a different location. You can find out what location you installed the old software by right clicking on the original software’s icon, and selecting “Properties” from the popup menu (assuming Windows). The value listed in “Start-In” is the location you have your software installed. Use this location when selecting the location you have installed your old software when registering with the new software. If needed, send us a private message, and I can get you registered manually...just need to collect your old license number.
