Master and Macbook air are both running open, loaded RM open in iPhone.
When I put in my license number in the iPhone, it says we cannot locate your license.
It was purchased a few days ago!
I get the same message on the Macbook Air now, inspite of the fact that you helped get it to sync a week or so ago.

Also, I do not see where to check for updates on the iPhone.
Can you send us a personal message with the “Device ID” and “License No” you are entering? Thanks!
Also, forgot to answer your question regarding iPhone updates. You need to open up the Apple App Store app to install updates. Finally, your iPhone must be running iOS 8 or newer. Apple has stopped accepting app updates for versions prior to iOS 8.
